Sinay Neves stores limited amounts of coffee in United States for two reasons: quality and price. The more coffee we have in the US, the more storage costs our customers have to cover. The longer the coffee stays in pergamino in our mills, the fresher it arrives to our customer’s roasters.  Also note that the bulk of our production we keep in Brazil — we will cover your needs and transit times from Brazil to any location in the US takes about 45 days. Sometimes larger orders will begin to be covered immediately by current inventories (spot coffees) and then replaced in time with forward coffees. At any rate, we will accommodate your needs from one of our four inventories in the US as well as our foreign inventory of coffees at our mills.
